All appointments need to be booked and used within time frame specified below:

Weight Loss Package: within 9 weeks from the first appointment. The programme is designed for you to achieve the best results. Spreading the 6-week programme out over a longer period of time is not in your best interests. I recommend booking all your appointments as soon as you have purchased the package. Should something urgent come up, you are able to reschedule appointments.

Detox Package: within 4 weeks from the first appointment. The programme is designed for you to achieve the best results. Spreading the 2-week programme out over a longer period of time is not in your best interests. I recommend booking all your appointments as soon as you have purchased the package. Should something urgent come up, you are able to reschedule appointments.

Cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your first appointment date will be given a full refund, less an admin fee of $40.

Cancellations within 48 hours before your first appointment will be given a 50% refund.

Once you have started the programme, if you do not use all the appointments, there will not be any refund.
